What should I keep in a cat first-aid kit?
The other day I accidentally cut myself in the kitchen, and as usual, I went straight for my first-aid kit. While I was patching myself up, my cat sat nearby, watching me curiously.
That’s when it suddenly hit me if something similar ever happened to her, I don’t actually have a first-aid kit prepared for her. It made me realize I’m not as ready for emergencies as I should be, and now I want to put one together.

Sign in to commentI don’t have a fancy kit, but I keep a small pouch with gauze, saline, a soft towel, and her vet’s number taped to it. It’s simple, but it helps me stay calm during small accidents. Sometimes less is more
