Other PetsThe Secret to a Happy Parrot
Bored parrots get loud, destructive, or depressed. In the wild, they spend hours foraging, flying, and exploring. Replicate that at home with toys, puzzles, and challenges.
Rotate toys often, hide treats in paper or boxes, and let them shred safe materials. Teach simple tricks like turning in circles or waving.
Even watching outside birds can stimulate their minds. Enrichment isn’t extra, it’s essential. A mentally active parrot is a happy, well-behaved companion.
