Working remotely from 6 countries this year - visa confusion is real

I've been bouncing between Thailand, Portugal, Mexico, Georgia, Indonesia, and Spain as a digital nomad. Every country has different visa rules; some need proof of insurance, and some don't care.

Portugal required specific health coverage amounts. Thailand's long-term visa needed insurance that covered COVID.

It's exhausting keeping track of what's required vs what's just recommended.

And some travel insurance policies don't cover you if you're staying longer than 90 days in one place.

Any long-term travellers here? How do you manage visas and insurance across multiple countries?
