How do you know when your parrot isn’t feeling well?

I’ve always heard that parrots are experts at hiding when they’re sick, but it’s honestly scary how true that is.

My parrot looked perfectly fine one day, eating, playing, chatting away and then suddenly became quiet and less active the next morning.

It made me realize how hard it can be to notice small changes until they become big ones.

Now I pay extra attention to her droppings, appetite, and even how she sits on her perch.

For those who’ve been through this, what early signs helped you spot a health issue in your parrot before it got worse?
