CatsCats always make you second-guess their health
Is she sleeping a lot because she’s lazy or because something’s wrong?
The thing is, I can’t shake the worry because the last time my cat got sick, it started the same way she was just sleeping more than usual. I brushed it off then, thinking she was just being lazy, but a few days later she was really unwell.
It turned into a stressful, draining situation for both of us emotionally, financially, and even for her recovery. Now every time I see her nap more than usual, my mind goes straight back to that time, and I feel like I can’t risk overlooking it again

If all three are normal, I take a breath and watch. If one’s off, I call my vet. It helps me manage the worry without panicking every time she curls up for an extra nap.
