CatsI've googled "is my cat dying" at least fifty times this year
Every little thing sends me down a spiral. She sneezed twice? Cancer. She didn't finish her food? Kidney failure. She's sleeping more? Every terminal illness known to cats. I know I'm being ridiculous, but this anxiety is because I know cats hide their symptoms so well. How do you stop yourself from catastrophising every tiny change?

Sign in to commentNot to be harsh, but you are overreacting. Cats sleep 16 hours a day. They sneeze, they skip meals sometimes. You’re stressing yourself and probably her for no reason.
