CatsI thought my cat looked fine, until the vet found something i missed
I finally took my cat for his annual vet checkup today, and wow, I didn’t realise how much I’d been putting it off. Life got busy, money got tight, and honestly, he looked fine. But the vet caught the early stages of dental disease that I would’ve completely missed. Now I’m feeling guilty for waiting. Do you all stick strictly to yearly checkups, or do you sometimes stretch it out too?

Sign in to commentI totally understand the guilt. I used to think yearly checkups were just extra, but now I see them as preventive care. The costs add up, but catching things early really saves both money and stress in the long run.
