Has your dog ever saved you from something?

I never thought my dog would be the one to protect me… until that one night. It was late, and I was home alone, half-asleep on the couch. My dog, Milo, suddenly jumped up, growled low, and bolted to the front door. He never does that unless someone’s there. When I peeked out the window, I saw a man pacing near our porch, trying the handle. Before I could even process what was happening, Milo’s barking turned fierce. Whoever it was must’ve gotten spooked, because he took off running.

That moment made me realize just how tuned-in our dogs are, not just to danger, but to us. Milo sensed something was off before I even noticed, and I’ll always be grateful for that. So I’m curious, has your dog ever saved you or sensed something you didn’t? I’d love to hear your stories.
