Why is my bird suddenly losing feathers?

So I noticed something strange this week, my bird’s been dropping more feathers than usual.

At first, I thought it was just molting season, but now I’m not so sure.

She’s still eating and playing, but there are little feathers all over her cage and perch.

I’ve checked for signs of stress or over-preening, but I can’t figure out what’s going on. Could it be diet, temperature, or just normal shedding?

Has anyone else dealt with this before? How did you know if it was molting or something more serious?

I’d really appreciate your advice or tips, I just want to make sure she’s okay.
