Help! my parrot suddenly hates bath time

My parrot used to love mist sprays and shallow baths. Now, the moment I bring out the spray bottle, she takes off like I’m chasing her with a monster.

I’ve tried warm water, different bowls, even letting her watch me “pretend bathe” toys, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone’s parrot gone through a phase like this? How did you get them to enjoy bathing again? Tips, tricks, even funny fails are welcome.

I just want bath time to stop feeling like a battle.
