Help! My parrot’s acting out...

I’ve noticed my parrot has been acting out lately. She’s started screaming more than usual and even nipping at my fingers when I try to pick her up. I’m not sure if it’s boredom, hormones, or something else entirely.

For those of you who’ve dealt with similar behaviour problems, what helped?

Did you change their routine, toys, or diet? Did training or more one-on-one time make a difference?
