I've never seen my cat actually play with anything

Everyone talks about their cats playing with toys, chasing things, and batting at feathers. Mine just stares. I've spent a fortune on toys, and she's genuinely uninterested in all of them. She won't chase, pounce, or bat at anything. It's some of these attitude that sometimes makes me wonder if I'm doing the whole cat parenting wrong.
