My cat anxiety is getting exhausting

I can't leave the house for more than an hour without my cat having a complete breakdown. She cries constantly when I'm gone, destroys things out of stress, and has started peeing on my bed. My neighbors have complained about the noise. I've tried everything I can think of calming supplements, interactive toys, puzzle feeders, even hiring cat sitters to check in. Nothing seems to help. I feel trapped in my own home because I can't go anywhere without worrying about her distress and the damage she's causing.
