My dog doesn’t like other dogs

Every time we go on walks, Charlie growls at other dogs.

I’ve tried socializing him, keeping distance, even giving treats for calm behavior, but it’s still a challenge.

I know he’s not aggressive, just nervous.

Still, I feel embarrassed when people stare.

Has anyone else struggled with this?

How did you help your dog get comfortable around others?
