My bird has become extra quiet lately

I’m starting to worry a little.

My parrot, who’s usually full of energy and noise, has been unusually quiet these past few days.

She still eats and moves around, but she’s not talking or whistling like before.

I’ve tried spending extra time with her, playing her favorite sounds, even giving her new toys, but she just seems… off. It’s strange how quickly you notice when something changes in their behavior.

Could it just be a mood thing, or should I be thinking about a vet visit? I’d really appreciate any advice or reassurance, she’s usually the life of the house, and I just want to make sure she’s okay.
